About SGC
The School Grounds Consultancy Ltd (SGC) was founded in 2004 by Teacher and Chartered Environmental Manager Simon Smith. Based in Hertfordshire, Simon has assembled a highly-skilled environmental design, teaching and training practice.
The company aims to sustainably support schools in creating and managing habitats, landscapes, gardens and growing areas and to encourage biodiversity locally. We are also keen to promote thoughtful and effective planning for estate managers and private individuals. See our photo gallery
From a schools perspective SGC can therefore provide a wonderful learning and teaching resource for children and the whole school community.
